Deductible: Delta Dental PPO: $50 per person; Delta Dental Premier; $75 per person; Out-of-Network: $100 per person (Applies to all services)
A comprehensive dental plan with a high annual maximum and the richest coverage for services performed by Delta Dental PPO network dentists. This Delta Dental plan offers three cleanings and fluoride treatments per year covered at 100% as well as coverage for implants.
