Dental Plans

Delta Dental - Optimum Plan

Annual maximum: Year 1: $2000; Year 2: $3000; Year 3: $5,000 Per Person per plan year

Annual Deductible: $100 Per Person. Does not apply to Diagnostic & Preventive services, such as cleanings and x-rays.

This plan offers the most comprehensive dental care and coverage of all our plans - including coverage for the most popular cosmetic dental procedures! You value exclusive experiences and timeless elegance, so we designed the Optimum Plan with you in mind by including cost-sharing benefits for professional teeth whitening or teeth bleaching services, and veneers to ensure that your teeth feel and look the best they can!

Delta Dental - SimpleChoice Plan

Annual maximum: None

Annual Deductible: None

This plan is designed for individuals who want to know their exact out-of-pocket treatment costs before heading to the dentist. With set dollar amounts, you can easily plan and track how much you are investing in your oral health.

Delta Dental - Premium Plan

Annual maximum: $2,000 Per Person per plan year

Annual Deductible: $100 Per Person per plan year. Does not apply to Diagnostic & Preventive services, such as cleanings and X-rays.

Our plan with the highest annual maximum, paying up to $2000 per person each year of dental benefits, decreasing the amount of additional money you have to pull out of your wallet for dental procedures. With extensive dental coverage for fillings at 80% and three periodontal maintenance cleanings per year, you will have access to great dental care all year long!

Delta Dental - Plus Ortho Plan

Annual maximum: $1500 Per Person per plan year, plus $250 shared maximum* for each of the first five people enrolled (not to exceed $1250 shared maximum per family).

Annual Deductible:$50 Per Person. Does not apply to Diagnostic & Preventive services, such as cleanings and X-rays.

This plan is built for individuals seeking orthodontic care for themselves or for their household. It includes 100% coverage for most preventive care services and 50% coverage for braces, aligners or clear aligners installed by a licensed dentist, up to a $1500 lifetime maximum per person. If you have been wanting to improve your smile, this plan is for you!

Delta Dental - Ascent Plan

Annual maximum:Year 1: $1,000; Year 2: $1,250; Year 3: $1,500 Per Person per plan year

Annual Deductible:$50 Per Person. Does not apply to Diagnostic & Preventive services such as cleanings and X-rays.

Start your dental coverage immediately; with no waiting period, your coverage begins the first month after you enroll. Under the Ascent Plan, we cover 100% of most preventive care services like cleanings and exams right from the start. Plus, the benefits for everyone on your plan increase over the first two benefit years that you renew, making it a great option for maintaining healthy smiles for years to come.

Delta Dental - Enhanced Plan

Annual max: $1,000 Per Person per plan year

Annual Deductible: $50 Per Person. Does not apply to Diagnostic & Preventive services, such as cleanings and X-rays.

An affordable dental plan with 100% coverage on most preventive dentistry services (including cleanings, exams, and x-rays) and 50% on most major dental procedures, giving individuals and families the most value for their money. Our goal is to keep your costs low while covering 50% of the cost up to the plan maximum for dental procedures such as implants, crowns, and more!

Delta Dental - Basic Plan

Annual max: $1,000 Per Person per plan year

Annual Deductible:$15 Per Person Per Office Visit

Our most affordable plan that covers most preventive care services and 50% coverage on fillings and non-surgical extractions. With the Basic Plan, you can keep on smiling knowing your wallet is happy and your essential oral health is covered.

DeltaVision® Essential 150 Plan

Eyeglass frames: $150 Allowance

Exams: $10

Our standard plan with a $150 Retail Frame or Elective Contact Lenses Allowance and minimal copays on:

Our premium plan for those looking for a higher, $200 Retail Frame or Elective Contact Lenses Allowance and zero dollar copays on:

*NOTE: Waiting periods will only be waived for new members with a comparable full coverage dental plan with no more than a 63-day gap between previous policies and the effective date of a Delta Dental of Washington Individual and Family plan.
