How To Access Patient Benefits
Check coverage for an Individual and Family Plan patient.
Our new provider portal enables your office to easily access information about Individual and Family Plan patient benefits, claims, and pre-treatment estimates. Sign in or register for an account to get started.
Once you've logged in to the provider portal:
- Select the "Search for Patient" button under Check Patient Benefits
- Search by patient name and birth date, or search using Delta Dental member ID
- When the patient benefits display, click on a patient name to view coverage
- View location and providers that your patient has visited
- View important information about your patient
- View detailed coverage information for your patient
- Look up patient procedure history by tooth number, arch, or quadrant
- View eligible benefits, services, and frequencies covered by Delta Dental
